Disclaimers

Description
Our new Disclaimers feature allows you to simplify the creation and management of disclaimers by allowing you to create disclaimers that are separate from signatures, attached to emails in the same way as our Campaigns feature, meaning that users can apply each to the necessary users or recipients. Use these new settings to save time and guarantee email compliance.
Disclaimers are automatically appended to emails after any email signatures or Campaigns.
The Disclaimer signature element and Branding asset remain, so you can choose how to apply your disclaimers in the way that suits your needs.

We are excited to announce the release of Meeting Branding. This feature allows you to bring your email signature into video calls on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. Each employee’s Nametag displays their name and job title, with the option to include a brand icon or a subtle branded background. All settings are managed centrally in Exclaimer, ensuring a consistent and professional appearance across every meeting.
