Description

You can cancel your active Exclaimer subscription from the subscription management screen. Trial subscriptions cannot be canceled as they expire after the trial period.

How to access it

To access the Cancel option:
  1. Log in to your Exclaimer account using Owner credentials.

  2. If you have only one subscription, your subscription will launch automatically. Navigate to the portal by selecting the initials icon in the header bar to open the Accounts menu, then selecting Account.


    The Account menu is found under the initials icon. The initials are of the user currently logged in.
  3. Locate your subscription and select Manage.


    The Manage button is only available for subscriptions where you are the Owner or Admin.

  4. In the Subscription details section, locate the Cancel this subscription... link. If you are not the subscription Owner, this link is not visible.


    The Cancel this subscription link is found in the Subscription Details section.
To cancel an Exclaimer subscription:
    1. Select Cancel this subscription... This opens the Cancel subscription screen.

    2. Confirm that your subscription details are correct, then select a reason for canceling from the radio buttons.

    3. When you select a radio button, we ask for more information for each different reason. Enter a description in the text box provided, and, if relevant, complete any other query. For example, you may be asked to select from a drop-down or use an extra button to contact us.

    4. Select Cancel subscription.


      Select a reason for canceling, then select Cancel subscription.

      Once you have chosen to cancel your subscription, your subscription status reads Cancelation Pending.

      A member of our Operations Team will get in contact with you to advise on further steps. This will usually be within three working days to one week.
