Scenario
You are trying to connect to Exclaimer Google Workspace and you get the following error:
Reason
This error usually occurs when there are restrictions in your Google Workspace policies, preventing the downloading of the app from the marketplace.
Resolution
Follow these steps to resolve this issue:
- Log into the Google Workspace Admin Console. This requires an Administrative account.
- From the menu pane, expand Account, select Admin roles then select Super Admin.
In the Google Workspace Admin console, select Account, then select Admin roles then select Super Admin.
- Duble-check the account details by which you are logging into Google Workspace. Confirm that you are a Super Admin for All organizational units.

- From the menu, expand Apps, select Google Workspace Marketplace apps, then select Apps list.
Select Apps, then select Google Workspace Marketplace apps, then select Apps list.
- Select the Add app to domain install list link.
- In the search box, enter Exclaimer Email Signature Management.
