Scenario

You want to integrate Okta with Exclaimer to ensure any user changes are seamlessly pushed to Exclaimer and reflected in the signatures.

Resolution

To integrate OKTA with Exclaimer
  1. Navigate to the Okta Integration Network (OIN).

  2. Select Search and enter Exclaimer.


    Select Search.

  3. Select Add Integration.


    Select Add Integration.

  4. Follow the instructions to install the Exclaimer integration.

  5. Once installed, navigate to the Exclaimer integration page.

  6. Select the Assignments tab to assign users to the integration app. This will allow their data to be synced to Exclaimer.

    Select Assignments.

  7. From the Assign drop-down list, select Assign to People or Assign to Group.


    Select the options from the Assign drop-down.

    The Assign Exclaimer to People/Groups window is displayed.

  8. Select Assign against the user/group you wish to integrate with Exclaimer.

  9. Review the data, then select Save and Go Back.
    The Assign button will be changed to Assignments and will be disabled. This implies that Exclaimer integration has been assigned to the user.

  10. Select Done.

  11. All assigned users/groups will be displayed on the list.
