How to use animated GIFs in your signature template

Resolution

To add a GIF to your signature:

1. Open your signature in the Signature Designer.
   
2. Add an Image/Logo element from the toolbox by dragging it onto the canvas.

   This opens the Image/Logo window.

3. An image or logo can be embedded directly into the signature or hosted externally via a web link. For more information, read about the differences between embedded images vs. linked images in email signatures.

   • To add a linked image, select the New Linked image radio button, then enter the image URL.
     
   • To add an embedded image, select the New embedded image radio button, then select Upload Image to choose an image.
4. Select OK to add your GIF to your signature.
