The signature Overview tab displays all information relevant to the selected signature, which you can view and edit as required.

The table below describes the different options displayed on this screen:

Displays the selected signature tile image along with the signature rules.

Edit Design: Opens the selected signature in the Signature Designer view - to enable you to edit the selected signature.

You may need to edit the signature for a number of reasons, such as updating the company logo or adding a new banner.

Go to Senders: Opens the Senders tab.

From the Senders tab, you can define users within your organization who can use the selected signature on their company emails.

Additional Actions: Includes different actions you can do to the selected signature or folder, such as moving signatures from one folder to another, exporting signatures, duplicating signatures, deleting signatures and testing if the signature works.

Enable: The Enable toggle exclusively manages the Server-Side and Client-Side states, switching both on or off simultaneously, overriding their previous configurations while keeping all other rules intact.

When you make changes to your signature rules across any tabs, the unsaved changes banner appears. Select Save to save your changes, or Cancel to revert any changes made.


The Save/Cancel banner appears on the screen when you have any unsaved changes.
