

Description
You can increase the number of users (mailboxes) that need to have Exclaimer Signatures for Microsoft 365 signatures added to their emails via your Exclaimer subscription. You cannot decrease the number of users during your subscription term. To enquire about decrease adjustments, you must speak to the Renewals team during the renewals period.

Increasing number of users
To increase the number of users, choose the option below based on how you purchased your Exclaimer subscription:
Increasing the number of users - Direct purchases
If you have purchased an Exclaimer subscription directly:
- Log into the Exclaimer portal and navigate to the Overview tab.
From the Overview tab, select Manage next to the required subscription.
Under Subscription details is the Number of users field.
If you have a test subscription, then a banner will appear at the top of the screen reflecting that it is a Test Subscription.
- Click the pencil icon () next to the Number of users.
Click the pencil icon next to the Number of users field.
- Enter the updated number of users, then select Save.

Increasing the number of users - Microsoft Marketplace Purchase
If you have purchased your Exclaimer subscription through Azure Marketplace:
- Log in to the Microsoft 365 portal or the Azure portal (depending on where your subscription is managed).
- Open the admin center.
- From the menu sidebar, select Billings, then select Your Products or Subscriptions.
In the Microsoft 365 admin center, from the menu sidebar select Billing then select Your Products.
- Select the Exclaimer subscription.
- In the Properties pane, select Change license quantity or Modify subscription.
- Enter the total number of licenses you wish to have.
- Select Save.
