Scenario
You are using Exclaimer and have created your email signature. When you view an email in Mac Mail, the logo appears to the left of the signature, causing the design to look misaligned.
Reason
This only occurs on a forward and reply mail, where the image has a fixed width set in the signature that is smaller than the default image size.
Resolution
To resolve the issue:
- Re-size the original image in an image editor, such as Photoshop or Paint, to the size set in the template.
For example, if the image is set to 100px x 100px, resize the original file to match, then replace the image in the template with the edited version.
